How many people here have looked into the environmental impacts of AI. Coming to find that little to no people have even THOUGHT about this. Wild. Would love to start a thread or whatever they are called here focused solely on that!!

AI makes life easier, but that ease always comes with a cost. Companies are getting paid in data, and we’re often trading security for convenience without even thinking about it. Security is so important, especially in education. What are you doing to educate peers/students on this side of AI?

I just started here and am looking to learn/contribute to the AI in education conversation. I have done a few mass followings but anyone have any recommendations of groups I am not in yet?
