Sometimes I don't have the best memory, so I made myself reminder notes. They kept falling off though, so I remade them and now they are cute too! A big thing I'm forcing myself to do is to do something when I remember it, even if I don't want to, or I won't remember to later.

Feeling like... really good these past couple days. Gator is home from his last work trip. Got like 15 hours of OT on a work project so far. Gonna register for classes tomorrow probably. Working out has been showing its results. Also feeling super creative.

Get some watermelon and drink flavors, sprinkle on said watermelon, and soak. I usually use the Sonic Ocean Water powder but they didn't have any so I did Cherry Limeaid and Code Red Mountain Dew. Watermelon doesn't have a lot of calories and most of the flavorings have none.

Been working hard to work out and lose weight. Got a little lazy yesterday because work kept me late, but overall been good progress. Got registered for college today, and once my transcripts are recivied I can start choosing my classes. Starting to feel good about myself again.

Been working out pretty much every day. Got approved for college, so I will get that sorted next week as well. Starting to feel good about myself again. Trying hard to be both physcally and mentally healtier, and be a better person, for both myself, and my relationship.

Been kicking my own ass into gear, starting with being more seious about my health. Really worked hard to work out and calorie count last week, and already saw a 3 LB difference since returning from Europe. Gotta stop giving in and remind myself not to give up.

I really just want to do better in life. Better with my mental and physical health. Better with my memory. Better with not being so lazy. Better as a partner. Doing what I can to make changes that will make these things happen, but it's a lot at once, and it feels heavy.
