Tryna get more serious about my calorie burn throughout the day. Don't have space for a standing desk atm, but I have found my kitchen bar counter works perfecty as a makeshift desk while I use my walking pad. A couple hours of casual walking gets me an extra 600 cals.

College has been going well. It is all self paced so I am weeks ahead in all my classes. I haven't had a lot of freetime, but having a Bachelor's will be a nice confidence boost. My self worth has been so damaged, and I am working to change that. I miss who I was 10 years ago.

I know a lot of you are overthinkers like me. What do you do when anxiety and overthinking hits, and you start to panic about how people feel about you? What things do you do to help level yourself?

School started today. It is self paced, so I am already through week 3 of labs of my first class. Feeling pretty good about behming a college kid again. I feel like between this and working out, I am starting to gain some of my self confidence and worth back. ^^

If you know someone with anxiety, the best thing you can do for them is be communicative, and provide affirmation when needed, even if it seems repetitive. Know that a simple 'Yes', 'No', or 'I Love You' can feel like the weight of a boulder being lifted from their chest.

You ever wanna hug someone so bad you feel sick? For whatever reason, dropping him off at the airport for this work trip was harder than usual. It's been less than 24 hours but I already miss him so much. 🥺

I know I can seem needy. People tell me I need to learn how to be alone, but in reality, I can be alone just fine. I just really don't like it. As a person who's love language includes physical touch, sometimes I just need a long, tight, gator hug that nobody else can satisfy.
