College has been going well. It is all self paced so I am weeks ahead in all my classes. I haven't had a lot of freetime, but having a Bachelor's will be a nice confidence boost. My self worth has been so damaged, and I am working to change that. I miss who I was 10 years ago.

Gen AI has gotten bad, but I didn't realize HOW bad until I decided I was gonna block every company that uses the stupid Gen AI Pixar style animations for their ads, and now I'm blocking 5 to 10 business a day...

I know a lot of you are overthinkers like me. What do you do when anxiety and overthinking hits, and you start to panic about how people feel about you? What things do you do to help level yourself?

School started today. It is self paced, so I am already through week 3 of labs of my first class. Feeling pretty good about behming a college kid again. I feel like between this and working out, I am starting to gain some of my self confidence and worth back. ^^

If you know someone with anxiety, the best thing you can do for them is be communicative, and provide affirmation when needed, even if it seems repetitive. Know that a simple 'Yes', 'No', or 'I Love You' can feel like the weight of a boulder being lifted from their chest.

Sometimes I don't have the best memory, so I made myself reminder notes. They kept falling off though, so I remade them and now they are cute too! A big thing I'm forcing myself to do is to do something when I remember it, even if I don't want to, or I won't remember to later.

Get some watermelon and drink flavors, sprinkle on said watermelon, and soak. I usually use the Sonic Ocean Water powder but they didn't have any so I did Cherry Limeaid and Code Red Mountain Dew. Watermelon doesn't have a lot of calories and most of the flavorings have none.

Been working hard to work out and lose weight. Got a little lazy yesterday because work kept me late, but overall been good progress. Got registered for college today, and once my transcripts are recivied I can start choosing my classes. Starting to feel good about myself again.
