I've just had a sainsburys delivery... and had to play jenga with the contents of our freezer... it's so cold in our garage... that I'm almost screaming in pain as my hands warm up...

We always seem to try loads of new recipes at this time of year... yesterday Mr Intgarden made a delicious lentil casserole... and tomorrow I'm planning to make avocado pasta (because the recipe intrigued me)... & catalan portobello mushroom casserole... the mushrooms are marinating in the fridge...

I took most of the Christmas decorations down yesterday... & actually put them away properly today... (not on the spare bed)... just 3 sets of fairy lights to put away tomorrow... one tree to move 6ft & turn back into a hatstand... one to roll up & put in the garage... and the cards to take down...🙌

Our new oven is so much better than the old one... it coped absolutely fine... when we used both ovens and the hob simultaneously... which made Christmas dinner relaxing to cook...
