I picked all that grass by hand to stop it from releasing seeds. But that’s annoying, and not feasible for all summer. So I took the stick of a broken swiffer mop and have been using that to poke holes for sunflower seeds! Hopefully I can have a sunflower patch instead.

My mom has Rheumatoid Arthritis and loves M&M’s. She has a really hard time opening bags. Y’all check out this contraption! You put the M&M’s in the jar and pull the stick in and out and it dispenses them! At first I thought it was a bug trap. 🤭

Bob got an A++ in sleeping class, and a D+ in Hygiene class. He still passed, it’s okay.

The toddler acknowledged that they were “yummy strawberries” but still threw them on the ground. 😅 Oh well! Five whole berries! I put a fake snake on a log next to them and NO birds have dared take a bite. 😎

We went to visit my favorite tree at the Courthouse for Easter. I got the date wrong for the egg hunt, 😬. We still had a nice time though.

People have been hanging out in the garden for a long time. 🌻 Sometimes, I’ll be out there and I swear I feel them.

Bees are going wild for my blooming collards, which got me thinking about making… Collard Green Honey BBQ sauce. I need to find where these bees live.

Aluminum baking trays last longer than plastic seed trays, just saying. Poke holes in them with a dart or knife. I use a dart because the sound is amazing. Just kidding it’s the worst sound ever.

Mustard greens! I’m excited to get some mustard seeds and figure that out.

My first garden on the right. Those are the same strawberries! They finally got a nice place to live.

Been working on a hügelkultur! I need more leaves. The sticks decompose and feed the plants for years. It helps amend the soil if it’s shitty! Yay!
