Genuinely how tf do I fix a chronic stuffy nose. It’s stuffy in the summer, in the spring, in the fall, AND THE FUCKING WINTER. Sudafed barely works for two/three hours if I’m lucky, nose sprays just don’t work period, allergy meds don’t work either. IT’S STUFFY ALL THE DAMN TIME AND NOTHING HELPS.

Hey so. Does anyone have any recommendations for some exercises? I need to get more movement since I’m stuck at home 24/7 and the only thing I’ve found so far that I enjoy is dancing, but I can’t do that without hurting my knees and getting a headache. This time I also got light headed.🥀🥀
