April, please be gentle. I'm trying.

Close March gently. You did what you could. With what you had. You showed up how you could. With where you were at. You made it through. Allow that to be enough.

You deserve all of the good things that are happening for you, and you deserve all of the good things that are coming.

If loving yourself feels hard lately, that doesn’t make you unworthy. It means you’re a human, with limits, unlearning a lot. And I’m proud of you for trying. You'll get there.

To those who disappear for a while because life feels heavy, you can begin again without punishing yourself. You're not behind. You're human.

In case you weren't aware, you are very easy to love.

Your body needs peace more than your mind needs answers.

I hope this week surprises you in beautiful ways.

Not sure who needs this reminder, but you are that girl. Always have been. Always will be.

You’ve been praised for your strength and resilience, but you deserve tenderness. You are more than your ability to weather life’s storms.

Universe, please protect the innocent. Protect the children. Protect the truth. And if you cannot stop a war, at least soften the hearts of those still awake enough to care.

You deserve to be loved. You deserve to be loved how you want to be loved. You deserve to be loved how you love. You deserve to be loved even as you’re healing. You deserve to be loved without hiding yourself. You deserve to be loved, flaws and all.

Remind Yourself: 1. Things end, and that’s okay. 2. Tough times are temporary. 3. Trust your intuition. 4. Healing starts with accepting the truth. 5. This, too, shall pass. 6. Never give up on yourself. 7. Focus on growing with clarity.

When your body is trained to expect abandonment, manipulation, or emotional distance, even healthy love can feel threatening. It's okay to let yourself be loved without suspicion.

Some people would rather relive the pain they’ve memorized than risk joy they’ve never known.

Say it with me: One thing about me? I always get through it. Every. Damn. Time.

Say it with me: Everything that leaves is replaced by something better. I never lack.

May you internalize that it's a privilege to know you, to love you, and to experience your energy.

May you trust that what is meant for you will never require you to beg.

Start actually believing you are deserving, and watch what happens.

The whole point of life… is to change, to evolve, to grow. Don't resist it, embrace it.

Don't give up on yourself. Beautiful things are on their way to you.

Stop chasing people who are fine with losing you. Stop chasing things that do nothing for your growth. Stop chasing places that don't feel like home. Stop chasing relationships that drain you.

Replace "I need their validation" with "My worth was never up for negotiation. Their approval is irrelevant to my existence."

Life is really just returning back to yourself over and over and over again.

Be someone you love, first.

The intimacy of a voice changing when it’s just the two of you; softer, warmer, different.

Sometimes the best action is inaction. You don’t have to entertain energy you didn’t ask for; especially when it’s just projection. Your peace comes first.

May the love you give be returned tenfold.
