I've been playing a lot of Art of Fighting 3 tonight. I love it, but it kinda feels like a FromSoftware game in that practically everything you do in it has uncancellable recovery, very fun but only with a second human type of game.

You know, i think i figured out why the new tomodachi life doesn't vibe with me as well as the 3DS one did, it's that the Miis don't give you treasures enough. Like when they get hiccups for example, that's the sort of shit you'd get a treasure for in the previous one.

Hawaii Part ii is kinda like Synechdoche New York by charlie kaufman to me, in that i feel like you're only able to truly appreciate it every two or so years, and every time it remains incredible.

I just finished watching the final episode of Arrested Development. Never saw seasons 4 and 5 of that show until deciding to watch the whole thing about 2 weeks ago. 4 and 5 are definitely hit or miss, but rewatching 3 as an adult was such a fun time.

I've been playing a game called Lucid Blocks the past day or two. I like it a lot so far! Dunno if i'd recommend it just yet, it's a very particular taste (mine), but what i want to mention today is that i've never seen a game convey the etherealness that dreams can have so well.
