My podcast is the most fun conversation I'll have in a month. The one out tomorrow is truly fun. We laugh for so much of the final stretch of the show because we talk about such a fun match. I hope other people can find fun in our conversation because we really enjoyed making it.

For a show in progress Babyface was ruddy great had a really fun time and excited to see more. They understood pro-wrestling and married it to the themes of the story. They used their talent well and created a compelling and entertaining story that was supported by wrestlers who could take the bumps

Watching Pro Wrestling Eve's multiverse rumble on catch up damn I'm impressed by everything also two fun things, I get to point at the screen every time my podcast co-host appears into the crowd. Secondly two wrestlers on the show are appearing in a pro wrestling musical I'm seeing next Wednesday.

Got my first solo LARP event today in the middle of Manchester so I'll be going on the train in costume (I can pass it off pretty easy as slightly weird) so yeah pretty anxious today about it I'm sure it will be fun just transport and walking into a new building solo slightly terrifying.

Despite being shot on a large green screen set the new Garo show has impressive action direction. Like the location looks fake as hell but god damn do they know how to direct the action. The suit work in episode 1 is awesome too.

Our Town is the most boring play I've ever seen. The chairs and planks of wood were more exciting than anything else. 2 hours to basically shrug and say well that's life. What a waste of everyone's time and talent playing 4 fiddle to Michael Sheen and some loose meditation on life.

Yeah Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined as someone who hasn't played that game is fantastic I'm utterly captivated by it. It's simple but its simplicity makes it very charming. The writing is super solid creating these emotionally engaging little stories and the gameplay loop is just a fun time.

Much like Kamen Rider Faiz I feel like Agito doesn't need a follow up the ending is way more definitive that Fiaz. That being said it's lovely seeing that actors get to come back 25 years later to those characters. What the hell you do with it is a big question and it's why all the Faiz sequels suck

As a writer if people started saying I should have killed off more characters I'll lose it. I'll become the Joker or whatever. I do not know who has implanted this idea into the minds of viewing audiences. Character death equals quality or depth but is so stupid to reduce writing to that.

You can't convince me that during the writing of Season 1 if Astrid Murder In Paris that a writer wasn't fighting for Astrid/Coste end game. I get why they wouldn't but if I was adapting this show in a different language and I'd actually kept the dynamic I'd fight for it too cause it's there.

People sharing their favourite Tom Baker Doctor Who stories to honour his birthday (I'm a few days late) I legit think the second half of season 18 is some of his best stuff. It's often referred to as like the worse part of his run but Full Circle to Logopolis are either good or brilliant stories.
