Peter Kleinschmidt took many photos of me, other city officials, graduates, athletes, families, and all about town in Summit. I will always remember the way he screamed MEGAN! MEGAN! And how that made me smile the last time I sat for a portrait. This We will miss you, Peter.

It is Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day. We remember the 1.5 million Armenians lost and honor the survivors. We need to elect leaders who respect the truth, are not afraid to use the word genocide, and are committed to education about the Armenian Genocide to prevent other atrocities.

My workout buddy George and I finished the Summit Y mini-triathlon this morning! It was a 10 min swim, 30 min bike, and 20 min run. And it was a lot more fun than I expected!
