I have decided that my health has fallen apart more significantly in the last 6 months because of the political climate. The level of stress and anxiety is killing me (possibly literally).

Gotta love running after the mail carrier as I have been missing a package for weeks. Not holding my breath that it will be found but at least I did everything I could. And I worked up a sweat.
