A nitpick, but I wouldn't pick the Den-en-toshi Line as a model of TOD, at least within Tokyo The FAR remains relatively low at most stations, and is higher mainly facing the overhead elevated highway I think the Toyoko line (and other lines) follows a more distinct TOD pattern
