Yes in my story birds are indeed dragons. Dinosaurs were known as lesser dragons before they went extinct from Metatron slam dunking Lucifer into the earth like a burning basket ball. Reptiles and birds are therefore related to dragons. Greater dragons can have bird-like appearance like Amun-Ra.

She is a great princess of Hell, Sitri of Goetia. She was worshipped in Egypt as the warrior goddess Sekhmet. 🐱 She betrayed Lucifer and sided with the feathered sun dragon Amun-Ra, becoming one of his wives. They have since made up and are all friends again (at least civil). 😇
