Spoke on 'Drug Decriminalization' in Psychiatry Association Nepal conference. Everytime I find at least 1 person who later - in private - expresses concern: 'more youth'll take drugs if decriminalized'. As if only fear of arrest keeps youth away from drugs! Misconceptions galore.
