Didn't think I'd be making my first editor plugin today but here we are. Two simple lil' buttons rotating the editor viewport 90˚ in either direction to help with level design! since the player can rotate themselves whenever they want, this will be helpful :) #screenshotsaturday #godot #indiedev

Before I dig into a custom solution, is anyone aware of a method to rotate the editor viewport in Godot? E.g I want to rotate the viewport 90° but just visually. I have a mechanic where the player can rotate 90° and this would help w/ level design. #godot #gamedev #godoteditor #technicaldesign
