Been Practicing "painting" in one layer. Although I did need to have the background in a separate layer from the character.. Also the Glow Effects.. I still don't know how to do it without using blend modes. #digitalpainting #digitaldrawing #clipstudiopaint

The left one is made 2015 one year after moving here in the US. I was dabbling in watercolor. Then I stopped again, I had 2 full time jobs. The right is made around 2019, I had more time to draw and joined a local art group of watercolorist. I learned a lot from them. Should I post my old trad too?

I think it would be this redraw of my OC. This was made around 2023, when I started picking up drawing again. I stopped drawing for a bit coz of life and depression. It was rough, looking back to this helps me realize I do improve albeit really slow.
