If you only feel powerful when you’re regulated, you’re not powerful, you’re comfortable. Power is built on being able to hold and lead yourself when everything feels like shit without diving into your old survival mechanisms.

Your nervous system isn’t an excuse to play small. Regulation is a tool, not a hall pass to avoid doing scary things. Stop hiding behind ‘I’m just listening to my body’ when you’re actually listening to your outdated archaic fear. Go deeper.

If you’re waiting to feel safe before you lead, launch, or raise your prices, you’ll be waiting forever. Safety isn’t a prerequisite for power. It’s something you build by moving.

Regulation isn’t always calm. Sometimes a regulated nervous system looks like crying, rage, movement, shaking. Regulation is about flow, not stillness.

If you need your nervous system perfectly regulated to take any action, you’ll stay stuck. Power isn’t about never wobbling, it’s about knowing you can wobble and still move

Not everything is a trauma response. Sometimes you’re just tired. Or bored. Pathologising every feeling is another way we shame ourselves for being and, ironically, remain stuck in our trauma 💁🏻‍♀️

Boundaries don’t have to be aggressive. Regulated boundaries are clear, calm, and consistent. If you need to explode to set them, you’ve waited too long. Google 'stamp collecting, TA' for more😉

Success is about leading your nervous system home to doing its job as it was born to so that you can get on with the job of being incredibly authentic and successful just exactly as you uniquely you define it.
