I picked up the Remedy Humble Bundle recently and am cracking on with Alan Wake. Only a bit into Episode 3 but as of now, it's probably the best mediocre game I've ever come across.

Had a go at the #StarCitizen 4.3 Onyx missions. It's alright. Got bugged out at one point and couldn't continue, but level design is decent and PVP chances are low. Could do with less 'throw more enemies at them' game design though. It's pretty shallow. Walked away many Volt snipers though.

So I jumped on #StarCitizen 4.2 today and had a classic experience. Started with the tutorial for quick cash, didn't get the tutorial. Grabbed my gear and went to buy ammo, got to the tram with 3 seconds left, it didn't arrive and I fell through the floor and went splat into the snow. Nice!

The assisted dying bill was passed today in the UK. From a personal perspective, I'm glad that I will have the opportunity to leave with a little bit of dignity when my time comes instead of spending my final days suffering.

Not to brag or anything, but I just connected a USB device at the first attempt.

The long road is nearly at it's end. Just RAM to get, and then I can spend an entire day messing up the building of the new machine.

What happened to outrageously designed basketball shoes with ankle support? It was the best thing about the 90s. New ones suck. I'll have to jump back on the skate shoe train.

Finally watched that PC games show thing with all the trailers and stuff and maybe it's a me thing, but I walked away with interest in literally one game. One. I don't think I'm the target audience for the current vibe.

I think the first thing I will do when I've got the new PC all sorted is spend some time wandering around in a big stompy mech.
