This is a real issue. When we lived overseas we would have to hand carry or FedEx our ballots back so they could make it in time to be counted. Not everyone can afford to do this. Citizens and military posted overseas should be able to vote in their countries elections.

Today in TN Senate Education Committee, the Senate passed a bill that prevents undocumented kiddos in K-12 from attending public schools. Never mind that violates federal law, these guys want to challenge settled law with our current corrupt SCOTUS.
