I’m 94 days in to my make more time for myself and today I’ve managed to jog (term used loosely) 5 miles without stopping. Might not seem much to some but I’m really chuffed and I feel so much better in myself.

Met up with my old work friend colleagues this morning and it was so lovely, a feeling of normality in my upturned world, I miss them so much! I do see them in passing but a fun two hour chat and laugh is always good for the soul 🥰

Last weekend with my youngest. Such a fun time, was great seeing Jason Donovan’s Doin Fine show again. Got some of my things signed too, and my son got me a birthday card signed so cannot wait to see that on Wednesday 🥰

Last year I said I would make more time for myself & failed miserably due to my caring commitments and my physical / mental health. To also look after my skin which I did better at although my wrinkles are very much wrinkling 😬 this year I WILL make the time for me, selfish maybe but needs must.
