Prof McLellan a Phrenologist gave a free lecture on phrenology to a crowded hall. After the lecture he furnished considerable amusement by reading a few heads. He intends staying in the town some time and will phrenologize when requested to do so. Oxford Mar 30 1896

Constable Starratt arrived in Bridgewater with four prisoners from Vogler’s Cove. The arrests were made on information by Simeon Cohoon that the prisoners had caused a disturbance at a tea-meeting recently held at East Port Medway. Mar 29 1901
