Why is Batman #400 reprint is so rare? DC previously only published the story five times (once in English in a $100 Joker Omnibus), according to According to Comics.org That's why Batman: Red Skies (currently $30) is such a good deal and the best way to experience this story. amzn.to/42wqXRR
