Watching the #NFLInternational #NFLDublin game on TV to see if I can see us in the crowd. Nope. With the terrible picture on the action on #C5 it's hard to see faces in the crowd, I have to wait for official slow motion play to see if there's a chance, those shots are in HD!

On the train a wee while ago in Scotland. Sat at my table seat with a young family. Their child was adorable. We talked. Nervous at first. They insisted I try their gorgeous homemade food. They were so friendly, warm and open, moreso than most. They are making new lives for themselves in Scotland. ♥️

I'm my working role I run #Agile teams. We change and iterate all the time to reach our goal. We make mistakes and learn, adapt. We discuss and change, disagree, change, make mistakes, change. It works well. Why can't that be accepted in our #government too? Run by humans like me, like us?

Why do we expect an #MP not to be emotional, not to be human? Why do we expect them not to make mistakes like all of us in our own lives and jobs? Why do we expect MPs to back their party and not represent their constituents? Why do we not allow them to make changes, u-turns if something is wrong?
