Thanks to @prisonpolicy.org for their February 2025 report on "Cut-Rate Care" in U.S prisons. Since 2000, lawsuits have been filed in over half of U.S. states to improve mental and medical care in prisons, highlighting the vast gaps imprisoned people face in accessing care that they need.
