I bought a vacuum former and am ecstatic about the potential. I design the mould digitally, 3d print and vacuum form. Oh, the possibilities!!!

When my son was really lilttle, I got a 3d scan of me holding him. I printed it in resin, and hand painted it. Now I put the little "Mini-Us" all over the place. Here I'm showing the boy some new equipment.

I rarely glue elements down and make the scenes permanent because I like the flexibility of adjusting and removing components to tell different stories. The vehicle components are designed in 3ds Max 3d printed on an Anycubic photo resin printer. #art #miniature #3dprinting #Mars #space

The feathering of pigment into the landscape is absolutely one of my favourite stages of building models. Structures are designed in 3ds Max and 3d Printed, hand painted. Landscape is carved XPS foam with cork, gravel, and plaster, washed, painted, airbrushed, and dry brushed.

I often get asked what use for the Multi Layer Insulation on my spacecraft models. I’ve found that eating chocolate solves a lot of my problems.
