The Aeldari dont really have a concept of gender. Jurin uses gendered pronouns when speaking to humans but in the Aeldari language there really isnt any differentiation between male or female. Jurin just likes pretty things.

At this point im beginning to wonder if the Mon-Keigh are even sentient. They behave like animals in every sense of the word.

Craftworld Aeltharion is kept at arms length even by other Craftworlds. Aeltharion as a whole usually specializes as assassins, spies, and thieves. This mixed with their uncanny appearance makes them a bit creepy to the other Craftworlds.
