Huh, just noticed the huge buildup of ice on the stacks of the building beside me, interesting. I'm curious now what that particular vent is used for since it's the only one with ice buildup. I know they run both natural gas generators and boilers in the basement.

You know it's extremely cold out when the plumes from the local power plants is extra visible and floofy. Ok, that's pretty cool, my PTZ camera is able to zoom in enough to Jupiter to see a few of its moons, not as well as I can see with my binoculars, but that's still pretty cool for a security camera.
