If you are trying to heal, you need to delete the pictures of toxic people from your phone, crop/cut them out and/or throw the copies away.

Detachment is a part of healing too. I officially deleted my private instagram and Facebook account that I had since 2009 (I saved all of my important pictures before doing so). I changed my cell phone number too. Don’t be afraid to let go.✨✨
