Rick - there is too much neutrality around sites like SciHub - poses a risk to campus security - it exposing the campus to cyber attacks if you share access to your credentials, its not just the licenced content but everything else you can access on the network #UKSG2026

Susie - 71% felt that pirated scholarly materials is being used to train LLMs developed by AI companies - we don't know the status of this research which is training these LLMs #UKSG2026

Mary - if a student raises an issue or a complaint can they be confident in how they will be protected - like who will supervise them who will write them a reference #UKSG2026

Mary - research integrity is not just a nice to have. Funders and publishers need to tighten up on this and make it more rewarding to incorporate good research practice into bids, research projects and publications #UKSG2026
