I think i might have an eating disorder. I constantly crave food when in dsitress, or not being able to eat food that even when I know I have eaten before then, I still have cravings. Even when I am eating with bigger portions, only for me to feel like i wanted to vomit.

I'm mentally tired and physically too tired. I felt like wasting my whole entire life already. I don't know if there's any chance or at somepoi t i get to break free from this. Why does it have to be like this, constantly battling myself over and over again. It's becoming harder.
