I hate whoever works out cinema listings for Odeon and Vue. They are shit at their job.

I borderline hated Chapters 1 and 2 but I'm still a tiny bit peeved that The Strangers Chapter 3 has been stiffed by Vue and Odeon near me. I guess it makes sense if fuck all people watched the first two.

Finally caught up with It: Welcome to Derry. Must admit I was underwhelmed. Felt kind of pointless to me, didn't really do anything the films hadn't already done. Surprised how much people have gushed over it.

Having rewatch the Lord of the Rings films my other half is keen on rewatching The Hobbit films. I am naturally resistant to this on account of them not being very good. It would also give them perverse prominence in my most watched stats on Letterboxd.
