One reason I never liked Twitter, and which I hope we do better on Bluesky, was the oppressive culture of "clapback" and "callout" and "cancel" everything and everyone. It became too much about attacking what people hated, rather than sharing what they love and are passionate about.

I'm glad to see people finally abandoning Twitter en masse, but I can't help wonder, what if they had decided to do this years ago? It's not like Twitter suddenly became a bad place a few weeks ago. This may be a case where better late than never isn't true.

If Bluesky continues to grow, it will face many of the same challenges pre-Musk Twitter faced. How it handles those challenges will determine if it lasts or becomes the next social app people start dumping for the next new thing.

I'm surprised to be saying this, but... The Marvels was actually really enjoyable and I would actually recommend it as something of a "return to form" for the MCU. #MCU #TheMarvels

Loki Season 2 was the best thing the MCU has done since Endgame, and was absolutely the perfect way to conclude his character arc. What's a shame is that if the MCU had consistently put out something with the high quality of Loki Seasons 1 and 2, they wouldn't be basically a dead franchise now.
