"Yeah, sumthin' like that." There's a soft blush on his cheeks as he squeezed her hand a vit tufhter. "Well... yeah I'm a little bervous too tho. Haven't had to start over like this since the first one."

"Cabin wasn't gonna be a full-time thing, just uh... got into a little ish around the time." He takes her hand, raising it to plant a kiss on her knuckle. "I can probably still use it, but I felt like it was time I got my gym back up."

"Yup. My place is down by the pier now." He glanced her way, a small smirk tugging at his lips. "I'd be on for a longer walk headin' home so I appreciate this."

"Well, how could I say no to that?" He slides his arm around her waist as they walk. "I'll be a lot more rested bein' with you, especially with ya place bein' closer."

"I'm not gonna be too far behind ya." He walks out holding the door open for her. He covers his mouth as he lets out a yawn. "Just need a nice warm shower... maybe a cup of tea and I'm set to go down."

"Twenty hours? Yeah, ya need the rest a whole lot more than I do." He gathers his things, slinging his jacket over his shoulder and sliding his keys into his pocket. "If ya want I can carry ya home. Wouldn't want ya fadin' out or nothin'."

"Ya dang right I am. I need to get off my feet and into a bed or on a couch ASAP." He's already preparing rags to clean the counters.

"I gotta agree. Can't say I've ever been as pleased as I am with you." He'll tie one more package before leaning over to plant a peck on her cheek. "Ya sweeter than everythin' here~"

"Thar's good that ya found ya spot in life, and hell, it's real good to have someone to help. Bet you two get along like two peas in a pod.

"I'd never see ya unless I was here. But that man's gotta be sumthin' special if he can do all this with occasional breaks."

Yawns.

It's Sunday. Don't let him sleep in!

Squinting back.

He takes his time to finish the tart before flashing a big grin. "Oh, no worries. I don't got much to do and I couldn't ask for a better way to spend my night. But damn did ya have a lot to do. Feel like I'd be strugglin' bad if I was here on my own."

Munching on an apple.

He turns after placing a bow on a package. "Sure thing." He says before gently taking the tart in his mouth before letting out a pleased hum. "Mm 'ah tas' grea!"

He wouldn't mind a hug either way it went, but it'd be good to save it for later. A nap... that sounds like the best reward for his efforts!

Sounds good. He'll get onto that and he might sneak a few pecks in on her cheeks for some extra motivation.

Even if it is he'd be happy to stick by her side until it's over. So whatever she needs he'll happily do.

Well, if she needs a break, he can take over for a bit, or he can at least bring her some food.

He's getting annoyed as he fidgets with his lighter.

"Glad ya think so. Hope ya enjoy it."

He turns to see (Reader) coming in. "Yo, take a seat. Food's almost done."

"Cool." He offers the box. "Got some smoked meat and veggies in here."

Cool! He's gonna step up with a gift, it's a small box with a savory scent coming from it. "Yo ya happen to be hungry?"

Now that's no good. He's had a similar day so maybe they should find something to do together.

"I'm hungry..."

"This ain't nothin'. There's a lot more I wanna do for you, conejita." Simple and sweet. What he enjoyed the most, well besides her. "Ya got the nicest eyes... and a really cute smile."

"Could run a nice warm bath, add some oils and a few candles to set the mood." He takes her hand before leaning over to plant a kiss on her knuckles. "After tgat we could put sumthin' on the TV and cuddle up under a big cozy blanket."

He sits across from her while he lets his tea settle, his sweet gaze drifts from the chp to her. "Ya flatter me." He sets his arms on the table. "I'm blessed to have ya." He takes his cup, blows a bit before he takes a small sip then sets it down. "Got some more chill ideas if ya interested."

He nodded as he approached with the silver kettle, pouring thw hot water into her cup while grabbing a bag from the lavender box and setting it in the other cup. "Sounds good. I'm glad I could stay in with ya." Once her cup is done he pours into his own.
