It was great to catch up as a team earlier today when as well as updating each other about our busy schedules we visited the Energy Enhancement System at the Zenergycentre at Hub 26. It's too early to say whether the session worked but we had some very productive meetings afterwards!

Our Wellbeing Manager (and #rugbyleague legend) Adrian Morley returned to his old club Warrington Wolves to deliver our acclaimed mental fitness programme, Offload for the first time. Adrian made a great debut and was delighted to meet so many good men taking positive steps to manage their health.
