Chiari Malformation - Just because I had surgery doesn't mean I'm fixed there is no cure for a brain too big or a skull too small I still have bad times sometimes it's a few moments that happen all throughout the day sometimes it's hours and if I'm really unlucky it's all day.

Today is world mental health day I'll be forever thankful to the NHS who saved my life today I got out with my friend and our dogs and what a huge impact it had

A year ago today I got to see Katie Tupper for the first time. In still obsessed with her music she is such a lovely person too I hope I get to see her again next year

i hope one day she realises she absolutely has that ability and that she helps so many, on a daily basis, to feel seen in every way we need and to feel so safe, she 100% has that type of impact

In Paris I asked Mel to write out my quote I was always going to get tattooed whether it was written by her or not. This tattoo has been years in the making I got sick then needed my brain surgery but today was the day this was 1 of 2 I got done today and I'm in love with it and the story behind it

Tattoo day tomorrow I can't wait I've fought for my life this week to make sure the bozo in this picture doesn't bruise my leg as I bruise easily lol I can't wait till we can have the kinda snuggles where he climbs in my lap again lol 😂

What I'd give to go back to these days I trusted this horse with my life he wasn't easy but he got me and I got him. He's not here anymore but he taught me everything about horse riding and horsemanship

These two just melt my heart I hate that they are getting old

Why am I still awake at 3am...... oh yeah I'm scared to sleep stupid night terrors

I never know how much I need his cuddles till he plonks himself in my lap and snuggles down so hard I have no choice but to listen his his breaths and before I know it it's allllll ok even if only for a little while

Got my tattoos booked for 17th September slightly worried I've bitten off more than I can chew 😂😂

This month is suicide prevention month and Chiari Malformation month I really wish I didn't know about either however that's not the case. I nearly didn't make it into 2024 and I spent along time in a hospital recovering I'll never be fixed but I do have much healthier coping mechanisms.

These photos melt me into a puddle my son the lanky one at 16 with a 10 year age gap is a safe space for my friend's autistic selective mute son just makes me so proud I've not done much right with my life but raising my kid to be this kind caring & compassionate human is my biggest accomplishment
