My circle is built on empathy, understanding, and emotional maturity. You don’t need to know someone to show kindness just have a heart. We’re light years ahead in how we think and process, and I love connecting with more people who believe in therapy and healing. 💛

I’m worried about my friend because in all of ours years of friendship, I’ve never heard them speak like this. Mental health issues are often swept under the rug and it frustrates me that some people would preach about mental health being important yet would do some vile things to other people.

Stepped in the scale and I lost more weight. It might be only 5 pounds but I’m over the moon 🥳🥳🥳

I walked into Forever 21 yesterday and heard someone call my name. I turned around and it was my old friend, we hadn’t seen each other in years, but we hugged like no time had passed. She owns the store now and I couldn’t be prouder. I love seeing people who’ve played a part in my life thriving. 💛

Last night, I saw the sexiest of sexy. I had to turn on my headlights just to confirm my eyes weren’t lying 😍🔥

If there’s one thing I’ll do is enjoy my life. My friend said it best too.

Someone gifted me a grip strengthener since I’ve been going hard in the gym. I didn’t know such a cute device could be so much fun. Feeling super blessed.

The hardest mirror is love. It reflects the parts of yourself you once tried to outrun. Accepting my avoidant patterns and seeing them mirrored in someone I loved, gave me clarity I never imagined I would reach. Pain is a teacher but healing is freedom. I stand here better and freer than before. 😊😇

I haven’t experienced what I have in my lifetime to just be broken and devastated over someone or some people. I’m literally a Cinderella story so I am a lot stronger than I appear and that’s how I know a lot of people don’t actually know me.

Told myself I’d take a break after going out every weekend since July… it’s October now and guess what? No break was taken. Out partying all night, home with the sunrise. 😂 I can’t even trust myself to stay in anymore 🥲

For the first time in therapy, I left my therapist in silence. I told her: “I am home.” For so long I searched for home in other people, only to realise now that I carry it within me. She paused and asked: “What does home feel like?” I said: “It’s warm.”

It might seem like I’ve dropped off the face of the earth but truthfully, I need this time to re-evaluate every single area of my life. I’m grateful for my ambition, determination, and relentless spirit but if I’m going to reach my goals, it’s time for some serious cutting.

Be careful who you listen to, not everyone has your best interest at heart, no matter what they proclaim.

My oldest friends know me best, if I get bored, I create mess. That’s why I move in extremes. I’d rather ride the high than cycle in numbness.

Maybe I’ve been entertaining things I don’t even want out of boredom. My interest hasn’t peaked in a while, and I’ve been chasing stimulation I know I don’t need. Time to stop.

I went on a joy ride last night. The streets were empty and it was the most fun I had since 1975 when I wasn’t even a thought.

Vulnerability used to scare me. Now I see it’s the foundation of real connection.

I can be social but I’ve always been more of a loner than I think those closest to me ever realized. The type of life I have curated makes sure that I keep people at a distance. If I was ever close, vulnerable and open with you is because I truly enjoyed your company.

None of us knew the type of horrors our friend faced when they returned “home”. My heart has been broken for weeks. I’ve lost three too many friends to s**cide. Children should be protected. Young adults should be supported. Therapy should always be encouraged.
