By pure accident we stumbled onto something interesting: it might be possible to position our astronaut on the back. It’s not essential, but like a Columbus egg, it’s a clever little discovery that makes you think, “Why didn’t we see this before?” Definitely something we’ll explore further.

We’ve milled the last fuel hole on the injector—the heart of the BPM-17 rocket engine. This engine will test the stand for the BPM-25 engines of the Spica rocket class. Every cut, adjustment, and test brings us closer to the moment one of us climbs aboard a DIY rocket.
