I have chronic anxiety and have all my life. I woke every morning feeling awful, fear, foreboding stomach churning, crippling at times for no apparent reason. I still do sometimes in spite of being retired. I always worked, took responsibility for myself and never claimed benefits due to my anxiety.

I saw the great programme celebrating David Attenborough’s birthday. Trump is in no position to tell Iran or anyone how to behave. Israel has nuclear weapons, is aggressive, dangerous and bloodthirsty. Who are the terrorists? Perhaps Trump and the west should look at Israel before it starts dictating to others on how to behave.

Trump is under the illusion that he can tell Iran how to govern the country to never have nuclear weapons. America, Israel and many other countries have nuclear weapons so the US is hardly in a position to dictate to Iran. Perhaps the US should ditch it’s nuclear weapons to set an example to Iran?
