Bosses change depending on your difficulty. Easy mode will see their attacks toned down, while Hard mode will make them even tougher, and buff their HP! You'll want to stock up on extra health and effects before heading into a boss on Hard mode, where even early foes can give you trouble. #IndieDev

You can play as the bunny in Emerald Squad Helios can charge heat by running around, and holding down while attacking will allow him to use a heat charged version of the attack with fiery effects! He can even easily break through the ice that Paral guy has been putting everywhere! #IndieDev

Hard mode is, well hard! When you've got barely any health to spare, every action counts. Play reckless, and well, it'll be lights out. #IndieDev

Ann has always been easily frightened, but luckily she arms herself against her fears with a CYBERNETIC ENERGY BLASTER. She's a real powerhouse, able to use powerful shots to easily take down foes, but... her cyborg body makes her jumps heavier than everyone else...

Selene is a knowledgeable and skilled witch, acting as the brains of the team. She's a little shy, but but social anxiety be damned my gal can cast a spell! Thanks to her double jump, she's the perfect character to use in tricky platforming sections.

Don't let his cold exterior fool you, Helios knows how to turn up the heat! As the second in command of the squad, he's a skilled fighter ready to aid his team in any way he can. His quick dashes make him the perfect character for speedruns!

Harmony is the leader of the Emerald Squad. She might lack self confidence, but she's willing to lay down her life to protect others. She's a well rounded defensive character good for less experienced players
