Multi level movement!!

Had a YT vid in my feed this morning about setting custom tile speeds, so now I have faster and slower movement based on the tile the player is on. Pretty neat! Also, testing out walls with smaller collision so they and player can occupy same tile, for fences and lamp posts and whatnot.

Set up 8 direction movement, and, switched to raytrace collision detection which behaves better with wall corner cases I'm thinking collisions will be divided up in 3x3 areas on ea tile so I can do stuff like fences without them taking a whole tile
