Did you know that the @seai-ie.bsky.social will be rolling out the BER passport system which will allow you to retrofit your home in piecemeal measures over time assisted by grants. That is to say, you no longer will have to do it all in one go to be eligable.

There are many aspects of home energy efficiency. An 'A' rated house should cost little to heat as it retains energy in it's thermal envelope. And while a heat pump may look good on paper, if your house is not ventilated to a good degree, the costs of running a heat pump may be exhorbitant.
