Interesting, I don't doomscroll, but the lists I have seen are great! Battling boredom of any kind, for me, would be: 1. Nature Walks (with the dogs or friends, when possible.) 2. Playing instruments or listening to music. 3. Creating or admiring art. 4. Time with friends. 5. Reading and learning.

I was getting ready for work; my wife was home sick, panicking while watching the news. I was on the phone with my boss. Instinctively, my childhood trauma kicked in survival skills to calm them both. I was sent to Sea-Tac to help there. Life prepares us for certain moments. 9-11 showed it for me. 🇺🇸

If your mind is loud, Write. 🖋️ If your mind is empty, Read.📘 If your mind is racing, Walk.🚶🏻 If your mind is tired, Sleep.😴 If your mind is sharp, Build.🧰 Most problems are just mismatched energy; get the input right and the output desired will follow. ⚡
