Life is absolutely relentless has been for months. How do I make it stop?

I think (some) clients don’t really want a designer. It’s someone who knows which buttons to press in Adobe CS. Partly why Canva, AI and the likes is a big threat to the design industry?

Genuine question. How do you discipline a child with ADHD? Sure, a high proportion of bad behaviour is the condition, but there’s got to be some shithousery we need to work on, even if it’s only 5%. Being taken for mugs imo. Take away a nice thing. Fuck all effect.

I go to the gym primarily for quiet headspace. The exercise thing is a side bonus. True story.
