My perception on the word "Hate" is considered an intense expression. It takes a lot of self-preservation to feel hate. Especially when handed out casually. Maybe it's just me. I have a relative I dislike a lot—but at least I'm preserving and planning to use the word exclusively for her 😊

I am 36lbs down. My current weight is 136lbs and I'm not sure how I feel about it. An average women would be ecstatic. Me... I think—165lbs was in some way—self-soothing.

The best thing about being fit: Wearing whatever on a lazy day and still being complimented on the outfit.

Invitations to different cities 4 days in a row is not for the weak. Especially a few days after meeting with my sport therapist. Lesson learned.

Body alignment is a must! I think there are more people who fear the feeling of physical pain... in all forms. I will never understand the concept of dealing with pain rather than see a sports therapist, a chiropractor, or buying affordable tools for alternative solutions.

People say you stop caring at 40. I ask—why wait?

To those who read this: May your New Year introduce you to an abundance of what you lack—whether it be personal time, peace of mind, good health and etc. Honor the removal of what no longer serves you. Accept new experiences which will change you. Both are for the better.

Random thought: The topic of physical transition into womanhood after already being a woman is taboo. I'm happy to be part of a generation where women are deciding to put themselves first. I'm discovery what seems to be the second phase of self-care.

Ive learned to appreciate my efforts of my past. Health is really important. I do mean beyond vanity — that's secondary. Primary is feeling good.
