You want to know a reason why people font ask for help? Because last week, when I asked 3 people, when I told them I was struggling, they proceeded to say "me too" and delved into their problems. I do not minimise their issues and will gladly help, but they didn't listen to me.

Life may throw some things your way, but how you deal with them is what makes you a superstar. As Confucius said, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." You got this, no matter what the hardship. #mentalhealth
