Kinda kicking myself because there's no way I'm finishing Monster Hunter Stories 2 before Pokémon now, & I already own this game on Switch...but I started playing Hades on Game Pass & I'm actually digging it more this time. (So far) I just like the resolution bump & getting the Xbox Reward Points.

The Game Pass price increase is a real shame because this is the year I've gotten the most out of it by far. I've beaten Indy/E33/Oblivion on it & may beat Hades before my sub runs out. I've also enjoyed the rewards program they started. Got me to dip my toe in even more & see what they're about.

I altered Oblivion'a difficulty to novice just to get through the onslaught in Castle Kvatch, then changed it back to adept. Apparently it was recommended you do this quest much earlier anyway due to the difficulty scaling, so. I'm a teacher not a gamer, no shame. 🫡

I was able to cancel my pre-order that wasn't arriving until October 6th, and now my Lego Gameboy will be here tomorrow! I got one for my Wife too, and we're gonna build them over our fall break which starts on Monday! It was perfect timing, I'm hyped!

One thing I've noticed about conservatives is they always get liberal about one issue that's relevant to them specifically.

Today is a little weird with the Vyvanse so far. I woke up feeling well-rested, but really down. I think the Vyvanse has lifted me up to what my mood normally was before all this. But I'm not feeling super motivated to get things done at work. Gonna try anyway.

I actually did manage to focus on gaming for 2-3 hours today and really dig into the hobby without being anxious or overthinking. Now only problem is its not even 7PM, I'm content for the evening, and no idea what to do with myself lol.

I'm not a fan of being able to upgrade and replace weapons as a mechanic in games. I never want to upgrade my equipment if I'm just gonna replace it.

#MonsterHunterStories2 really captures the Pokémon tradition of having a creative and thoughtful turn-based battle system....that you never have to engage with at all because you can just mash A lol. This is just a few tweaks away from brilliance.

The "before GTA 6" memes are funny, but it should really be before Elder Scrolls 6 because we're definitely gonna get GTA 5 and 6 between the releases of Elder Scrolls 5 and 6. We haven't even gotten a proper trailer.

Guess I'm using BlueSky as my Vyvanse journal. First night I had trouble sleeping, which I expected. I didnt lie clearly awake in agony, I was able to turn my brain off. I am technically doing better enjoying my hobbies tonight on my ADHD meds. I started Monster Hunter Stories 2 and I'm really vibing with it. Still have nagging overthinking on my heels though. "You should start with 1, but that doesnt look as good. You should finish a game you've already started."

First day trying ADHD meds again, and I'm in a super good mood. The meds aren't even supposed to fully kick in for another 30 minutes or so. Trying to temper my expectations because day 1 was great last time too, then it petered out. But its hard to tell your brain to not be in too good of a mood.
