Funny-ish story: For MONTHS on end, I've been SUPER frustrated that I wasn't able to pin chat messages easily like my mods could. I was told time and again that there was an icon that popped up like "reply" on mouse over. It was one Twitch chat setting I had to toggle on. Sigh.
