I am finished with physical therapy!!! I’m now considered mobile. Just have to keep exercising the knee get it strengthen it. I’m pleased with where I’m late.

and the cabin is booked…countdown to vacation is booked!!!

Just had the best night with hubby and it was much needed. We sat and talked, no tv at all tonight. Then we started planning our anniversary trip. This was so nice and did I mention much needed??? Sometimes one needs to disconnect from everything.

Currently my life thanks to family….

I’m mobile…no walker or cane and I walked up stairs today.

Had such a good day. Hubby took me out to eat, did a little shopping an I used my cane! No walker (did take it just in case). Felt so good to get out for a little while, even if it wore me out and I took a nap when we got home 🤣😂

I get to start using the cane around the apartment instead of the walker. I’m improving more! I can bend the knee 102 degree and finally straightening the leg 100 degrees. Just got to work on keep the knee/leg straight.
