Went to work today needing to sell 1 more car to hit a “bonus” level. 18 —-> 19 (Bonus level 2) Had 2 - 10:30 appointments Didn’t sell either of those but, sold 2 cars anyway to customers who showed up without appointments anyway! Finished at 20 - and I am GRATEFUL 🙏
