After my title match against Sylvia, I can't help but keep thinking...what if I did succeed and had got the gold...never really thought about it but the fact it was with in my reach...maybe I should push myself to earn some gold...

Well I'm getting cleared to take my brace off finally. Been getting some work with Dusty Roda to help strengthen my body more and be able to perform better with out straining my legs to use all the work. Can't wait to be at 100% again!

Doing some training to compensate my injured leg. I'm not going to give up but I think I need more in the arsenal If I'm going to eventually stop these attacks to my leg.

I'm recovering nicely and hopefully be as best I can be for my next match. Going though physical therapy sucks due to the constant attacks to my left leg but as they say what doesn't kill you will make you stronger. I'm not out yet @ufwofficial.bsky.social. I will be back stronger then before!
