Defying all known laws of Transformers canon, here's Bumblebee and Cliffjumper alive in the same continuity at the same time! These lil fellas were mostly pretty fun to work on, but wow those faces were little! Think I might have to take another shot at them at some point in the future :p

Oops, completely missed #PortfolioDay yesterday! Ah well, better late than never, I suppose! Hi, I'm Kat! I paint minis, make terrain, make pixel art, take commissions and, most recently, have started 3d modeling and printing my own models, based on a certain 80's robot cartoon!

That's right, your eyes aren't playing tricks on you: it's Mirage! Well, Mirage in vehicle form, that is! Still getting on with the bot form sculpt , but it's moving a lot faster than it did with Shredhead, so hopefully there should be a fully modeled Autobot to show off real soon! #Transformers

From a render in Blender to painted on my worktable, fresh off of the Skybound Transformers comics: it's Shredhead! Not to keep droning on about it, but this is legit one of my proudest pieces of work, like it feels unreal that this is something I've made entirely myself, from start to finish!

Printed and primed: here's Shredhead in both bot and vehicle form! Got them sized for 10mm scale to go along with the other Transformers I've already got printed and the details still turned out great! Now there's nothing left to do besides paint them up nice!

After all this bot printing and painting, I finally pushed myself to take a real crack at learning Blender (and moving on from 3dsMax) to sculpt and print my own Transformers stuff! And so, here are some WIP shots of a G1 styled Shredhead that I think look way better that I expected them to! :D

Seeing as it's the final day of (US) Pride Month, here's a final group shot for the #PrideMechParade. Each one of these mechs is truly formidable in their own right, but standing together they're nigh on unstoppable!

A bit late to the #PrideMechParade is this Wolverine decked out in a trans pride themed colour scheme and carries the emblem of the fabled Blahaj Battalion! This mech has been going through it as of late, but despite their enemies best efforts, they continue to stand strong and proud! #battletech

Got another entry for the #PrideMechParade today, this time it's a Black Python mecha, decked out in the minty fresh colours of the MLM pride flag! Really love how the greens came out on this one, plus the blues gave us a visual answer to "how would a mech look in a pair of jeans?"

Things might be hotting up now it's June, but this Bi Pride themed Vapor Hawk is keeping chill on patrol in this arctic forest for #PrideMechParade! Might have to see about getting one or two other mechs done before the month is over, I love how this one turned out! @catalystgamelabs.bsky.social

Wrapped up work on the new Rumbleslam ring today! Really love how the snow and tufts around the ring itself look, and after much careful brushwork the turnbuckle banners look pretty rad too 😎 Might have to grab the accompanying team too, soon, but until then, onto painting Zombicide!

Well, on Monday, Terry the Tarrasque was picked up and taken to his forever home, I miss him already! 🥲 Still, the work goes ever onward and, while I'm cracking on with my own projects for now, I'm looking forward to the next commission! :3
